Data deletion

You can remove your data from Commently in any of these ways:
- Disconnect an account: in Commently open Connections and choose Disconnect & delete data. The account's stored tokens and comments are deleted immediately.
- Delete a profile: in Knowledge choose Delete profile to remove its knowledge, connected accounts and comments.
- Delete your whole workspace or any remaining data: email samadjonsayfullayev3106@gmail.com from your account email address. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Removing access from the platform side
- Facebook and Instagram: remove Commently under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Facebook) or Settings → Apps and websites (Instagram).
- Google / YouTube: remove Commently at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Revoking access stops Commently from reading or replying: the connection is paused at its next sync. To delete the data already stored, also use one of the options above.
Deleted data can remain in the most recent 14 backups (about 14 days on the default daily schedule) and is gone once those rotate out. Replies already published stay on the social platform until you delete them there.
